Situated at 99 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Hong Kong Island, the Academy of Medicine Jockey Club building is a modern conference and exhibition venue. Ample car parking space is provided at the basement level and nearby grounds.
The conference centre is fitted with high-quality equipment in terms of audiovisual technology, air-conditioning and modern hall technologies.

It can be reached by buses from the Admiralty MTR station (70, 70M, 75, 90 and 97)

Participants can take the MTR to Causeway Bay MTR station and change to taxi to the conference centre. |
| From Airport : |
Participants can take the Airport Express from the airport to Hong Kong station. Then take a bus from the Exchange Square in Central to the conference centre (70, 75, 90, 97, M590)

| From Causeway Bay : |
The conference administration will organise daily transport by shuttle bus to and from Causeway Bay to the conference centre. The exact pick-up location will be announced later. |
Registration and Information Desk
The Registration Desk will be located on the ground floor of the Conference venue. Please pick up your conference documents upon presentation of the receipt.
Name Badge
The welcome package will include a name badge. Participants are requested to wear this badge for all Conference activities.
Language
English is the official language of the Conference.
All presentation and abstracts will be in English.
Poster Boards
Posters will be on display in the Poster Area in the poster sessions. Dimensions of the poster boards (including frames) are 1 meter in width and 2 meters in height. To ensure good legibility of your poster, a maximum size of 95 cm in width and 100 cm in length is recommended.
